I completely understand that rain in August in Texas is never a bad thing. I’m not going to complain.
Well, maybe I’ll complain just a little. Things were looking great for a shoot at the Arboretum Saturday morning. It was cooler, nice cloud coverage with just a little sun, not too crowded… perfect!! For about 10 minutes. Then came the deluge. Luckily we had staked out some picturesque, if humid, shelter to wait out the storm. The kiddos held up pretty well, all things considered.

Eventually the rain did go away, and the tutu came out to play
Still, I’ll take a rainy day over 105 degree heat any day. And these kiddos are cute rain or shine.
